Sign in at fantasy.premierleague.comOn their site, not on this one. Nothing here asks for your FPL password, now or later.
Open Points, or Pick TeamEither page is your own team, which is what puts your entry number into the address.
Read the number after /entry/ in the address barThat is your team ID. You can paste the whole address into the field here and it will be read out for you.

No address bar to read? Open any of your league tables on the FPL site and tap your own row. The link carries the same number.

A team ID is public. It appears on every manager’s points page and league table. It is the only thing FPL is asked for here. Signing in takes an email, never a password.
